Pro Audio Clinic Return Policy

Thank you for choosing Pro Audio Clinic. Our return policy is designed to ensure a transparent and smooth process while maintaining fairness to both our customers and our business.


Eligibility for Returns

Return Window:

  • New Items: Return policies will be determined by the supplier. Pro Audio Clinic will provide all available information to support your return. New items supplied directly by Pro Audio Clinic will follow Pro Audio Clinic's return policy. 

*New Item returns requested outside of the return window will be valuated under our pre-owned buy program.

  • Preowned Items: Return requests must be initiated within 15 days of purchase.

2. Condition Requirements:

  • Items must be returned in their original condition, including all packaging, manuals, and accessories.
  • Items showing signs of use or missing components may incur additional fees or receive partial credit.

3. Non-Returnable Items:

  • Items returned and found inoperable or obstructed due to misuse or mishandling by the customer.
  • Custom-ordered or modified equipment.
  • Software or downloadable products.
  • Gift cards.

Refund Options

1. Full Refunds:

  • Unopened items in perfect condition returned within 7 days of receiving are eligible for a full refund minus shipping costs.
  • Pro Audio Clinic will deliver refunds if items are received defective and reported with photos and descriptions within 48 hours.
  • Orders with errors in shipping or listing descriptions.

2. Partial Refunds:

  • Refund amount will be adjusted based on the return inspection.
  • Items missing components, showing significant signs of use, or damaged due to customer mishandling.
  • Non-defective items returned due to buyer’s remorse or preference changes.
  • Opened or slightly used items.

3. Partial Refund Methods:

*Partial refunds are incurred when:

  • Applying restocking fees.
  • Valuating customer store credits.

Restocking

1. Inspection Upon Receipt:

  • All returned items undergo a thorough inspection.
  • Refunds, credits, or non-refundable determinations will be processed within 7 business days of receiving.

2. Fee Amounts:

  • Restocking Fees can range from 10-20% of the refund.
  • Store Credit gives the customer power to incur 50% less restocking fees. Ex. If a traditional item refund is processed with a 10% restocking fee, then a store credit option for the same return would incur a 5% restocking fee.
  • Specialized/niche equipment or items in low demand may incur restocking fees of up to 20%.

*Loyalty customers may be eligible for reduced restocking fees or increased store credit.

3. Restocking Fee Exemptions:

  • Restocking fees are exempt if the customer reports the items as damaged within 48 hours of receiving.
  • Fees are exempt in the event of order fulfillment or shipping errors.

Return Shipping and Handling

1. Responsibility:

  • If the item return qualifies under the supplier's return policy, the supplier will be responsible for shipping and handling.
  • If the supplier does not provide a return policy, or if Pro Audio Clinic is the supplier, then Pro Audio Clinic will be responsible for return shipping and handling.
  • Under Pro Audio Clinic's Return Policy, customers are required to report any shipping related issues, or damage within 48 hours of receiving.

*Items must be securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. Failure to do so may result in additional fees and up to a non-refundable determination.


Exceptions

1. Loyalty Customers:

  • Restocking fees may be reduced, or store credit may be increased for loyalty customers.

2. Unopened Returns:

  • Unopened items in perfect condition are eligible for a full refund minus shipping costs.
