Choose the correct power supply

Dream ’65, Lion ’68, Enigmatic ’82 and OX Stomp specify an isolated 9 V DC, center-negative supply rated for at least 400 mA. The UAFX 1176 pedal specifies at least 250 mA at the same voltage and polarity. Confirm the rating on your own unit before connecting power.

Dream ’65, Lion ’68 and Enigmatic ’82

These are amp-emulation pedals. Plan whether you are feeding an audio interface, mixer or guitar amplifier before selecting speaker-cabinet settings. Start at a low destination level and check the left/mono and stereo connections shown on the unit. Preset, app and footswitch behavior varies by pedal.

OX Stomp

OX Stomp processes instrument or line-level signals for cabinet and microphone emulation. It is not a load box. Never connect a guitar amplifier’s speaker output directly to OX Stomp. A compatible load box or attenuator is required when a speaker-level amplifier output is part of the signal chain.

UAFX 1176 Studio Compressor

This pedal has a quarter-inch mono input and output. Input, output, attack and release controls shape the compression, and its modes change the processing behavior. Compare adjusted and bypassed sounds at similar listening levels.
