Do you buy used pro audio equipment?

Yes! We buy select gear for cash or trade-in credit. You can also use our Buy-Back Program to sell gear with the option to repurchase anytime within 14 days. Visit our Sell Your Gear page for a free appraisal.

What is your return policy?

Most items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. A restocking fee may apply to non-defective items. See our Return Policy for full details.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Most orders ship within 1–2 business days. Transit times vary by location, but standard U.S. delivery typically takes 3–5 days. See Shipping Policy

Do you offer free shipping?

We are currently offering free shipping on most orders over $199 in North Carolina, and over $299 across the US. Expedited options are also available at checkout. 

Do you sell internationally?

We currently ship within the U.S., but we’re working on international support. Stay tuned or Contact Us to request a quote for your country.
