Pro Audio Clinic Shipping Policy

At Pro Audio Clinic, we aim to ensure that your items arrive safely and on-time. Below is our shipping policy outlining everything you need to know about how we process and ship orders.


1. Processing Time

  • Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
  • Custom Orders or Backorders: Additional processing time may be required. We will notify you of any delays.

2. Shipping Methods

We partner with trusted carriers to offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard-Shipping: Delivery in 3–5 business days.
  • Expedited Shipping: Delivery in 2–3 business days.
  • Overnight Shipping: Delivery within 1 business day (available for select locations).

3. Shipping Costs

  • Free shipping is available on orders of $199.99 or more within North Carolina and $299.99 or more throughout the U.S., for items weighing 20 lbs or less. This offer cannot be combined with other loyalty rewards or promotional discounts.
  • For items over 20 lbs, shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the order’s weight, dimensions, and delivery address.

4. International Shipping

  • We are not shipping internationally at the moment, but we're working on it!
  • Customs Fees and Duties: Customers are responsible for paying applicable customs duties, taxes, or brokerage fees. Pro Audio Clinic is not liable for any delays caused by customs.

5. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.
  • You can track your package using the link provided or through the carrier’s website. FedEx,  UPS.com, or USPS

6. Shipping Issues

  • Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 3 business days of delivery. Include photos if possible, and we’ll assist with a replacement or claim. Read the full Return Policy.
  • Lost Packages: If your package appears lost in transit, contact us immediately. We’ll work with the shipping carrier to locate your order or arrange a resolution.

7. Delivery Times

  • While we strive to meet delivery estimates, unforeseen delays caused by carriers, weather, or customs may occur.
  • We cannot guarantee delivery on holidays or weekends unless explicitly stated during checkout.

8. PO Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses

  • Orders shipping to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses may require additional processing time.
  • Overnight and expedited shipping options may not be available for these addresses.

9. Changes to Shipping Address

  • If you need to change your shipping address, Contact us immediately. Once an order is shipped, we cannot make any changes.
