1. Purpose of Submission

Content submitted to Pro Audio Clinic (e.g., photos, videos, descriptions) will be used for the following purposes:

2. Ownership

  • Purchased Items: By selling your item(s) to Pro Audio Clinic, you grant us a perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use the submitted content for promotional or educational purposes, including but not limited to:

3. Retention

  • Valuation Submissions: Content will be securely stored and deleted within 30 days if no transaction occurs.
  • Purchased Items: Content related to purchased items will be retained indefinitely for promotional use, unless otherwise requested by the seller.

4. Use of Purchased Content

For items purchased by Pro Audio Clinic, submitted content may be shared publicly in ways that:

  • Showcase the item’s details and features.
  • Engage and educate our community about pro audio gear.
  • Highlight customer stories or testimonials.

5. Confidentiality and Privacy

  • Valuation-only submissions will remain confidential and will not be shared publicly.
  • When sharing purchased content, personal details (e.g., your name, address) will not be disclosed without your explicit consent.

6. Prohibited Content

Sellers must not submit:

  • Illegal or inappropriate content.
  • Content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.
