Pro Audio Clinic Buy Back Program Policy

Thank you for considering Pro Audio Clinic’s Buy Back Program! This policy outlines the terms and conditions governing our unique Buy Back Program, designed to give you flexibility and peace of mind when selling your pro audio equipment.

1. Program Overview

The Buy Back Program allows sellers to sell their audio equipment to Pro Audio Clinic with the option to reclaim their items within a specified timeframe. This program is ideal for content creators, musicians, and studios seeking temporary flexibility without the commitment of a permanent sale.

2. Eligibility

  • Sellers must be at least 18 years old to participate.
  • Only equipment in functional condition will be eligible for the program.
  • Pro Audio Clinic reserves the right to decline items that do not meet our condition or quality standards.

3. Program Terms

  1. Hold Period:

    • Items are held for a period of 14 days from the date of sale.
    • Extensions may be granted on a case-by-case basis; additional fees may apply.

  2. Holding Fee:

    • A minimum 10% deduction from the proposed purchase price is applied to items held under the Buy Back Program.
    • Example: If the item is valued at $500, the hold fee will be $50.
    • Note: If the term is extended, a 5% holding fee will be added for each week

  3. Buy Back Price:

    • Sellers may reclaim their item by repurchasing it at the original proposed price (before the holding fee deduction).

  4. Item Condition:

    • Items will be safely stored and insured by Pro Audio Clinic during the holding period.
    • Items will not be used, sold, or altered during this time.

  5. Payment Terms:

    • Sellers receive the adjusted payout (purchase price minus the holding fee) within 24 hours of completing the initial sale.

4. Reclaiming Items

  • Sellers must notify Pro Audio Clinic in writing (via email) if they wish to reclaim their item within the 14-day hold period.
  • Full payment of the original proposed price must be made before the item is released back to the seller.
  • Items not reclaimed within the hold period will become the property of Pro Audio Clinic, unless the seller extends the term before midnight of the 14th day.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Once an item has been sold under the Buy Back Program, cancellations are not permitted unless explicitly agreed upon by Pro Audio Clinic.
  • Reclaimed items are not eligible for refunds.

6. Liability and Insurance

  • Pro Audio Clinic will take reasonable precautions to ensure the safety and condition of your item during the hold period.
  • In the unlikely event of damage or loss during storage, Pro Audio Clinic’s liability will be limited to the item’s current value.

7. Privacy and Confidentiality

  • All transactions and communications under the Buy Back Program will be treated as confidential.
  • Personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. Prohibited Items

Pro Audio Clinic will not accept the following items under the Buy Back Program:

  • Stolen or counterfeit goods.
  • Items in non-functional or heavily damaged condition.
  • Items that violate intellectual property rights.
